CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation & Appointment Policy At Cura Facial Therapy, each appointment is thoughtfully reserved exclusively for you. Because I provide one-on-one, personalized care, I kindly ask that you respect the following policies. Appointment Changes Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me the opportunity to offer your reserved time to another client. Late Cancellations Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service. No-Shows Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I may need to shorten your treatment to avoid impacting the next guest. If there is not enough time to safely complete your service, the appointment will be considered a late cancellation and the applicable fee will apply. Card on File A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve all appointments. Your card will only be charged in accordance with this policy. Emergencies I understand that unexpected emergencies happen. If you experience an unforeseen circumstance, please contact me as soon as possible. Exceptions may be made at my discretion.
